Zainal Abedin Majumder (Abedin)

Mr. Zainal Abedin Majumder (Abedin) is a self made man. He was born on 1958 in a respectable Muslim family in the district of Chandpur, Bangladesh.

Mr. Abedin started his career in leather sector since 1981. In this field, he has obtained a lot of knowledge about commercial work, Banking, Raw hide purchase, production planning from raw hide to finished leather with quality control systems. He started to visit many countries of Asia, Europe, U.S.A & Africa to learn marketing & explore the lifestyle of different regions since 1988.

Mr. Abedin is a businessman with vision. He has worked hard in the leather sector from the beginning of his career. Now he is a reputed person in Bangladesh leather field as well as in the world market.

His business has now grown into "Abedin Group". The following are the concerns of the group:

  • Abedin Corporation

Mr. Abedin has been working for the development of education for which he established an elementary school for poor children in the remote area of his home district.He has been supporting many students, schools & colleges of the remote area for developing education since his student life. He believes that the educated young generation can change the economy of Bangladesh.
