ABC Footwear Ind. Ltd. manufacturing and exporting shoes to Japan and Italy market. Regular shoes making brands are Versace Collection, Cavalli, Patrick cox, Yukiko Hanai, Terra Rossa, Pagani, Zucca, Mario Inizio, Madras, GT and many other well-known brands. At present, we have 750 workers in our shoe factory with a capacity of 50000 pair/month which is 100,000 sq.ft building(4 storied x 25000 sq.ft).This company is making world class shoes under closely super vision of Italian and Japanese technical experts. Therefore, ABC Footwear maintains world class standard of machineries imported from Japan and Italy.

Recently, we made another building(03 storied) with 10,000 sq.ft in each floor for the extension of our hand bag and shoe production which is situated at the front of our ABC & BBJ building. Now ground floor is using as the cutting section of shoe & hand bags separately & 1st floor is using as the expansion of leather hand bags production. 2nd floor is also ready for upcoming production.

We are importing leather from reputed tanneries in Italy to make shoes as per our customers need. Now some high quality full grain European dyed crust, we are importing from European side. Box leather importing from Thailand which is European/USA origin. These type of costly leather, we are using for the high quality shoe brand of Italy and Japan. In this case if any of your customers wish to buy high quality shoe say high quality European leather upper and high quality European pure vegetable leather out sole, we also able to provide. Besides we also able to do economical shoes by our Bangladesh origin leather.

We have arrangement of separate storage system of all hazardous materials outside our production building for safety purpose. Aside we kept all necessary equipment’s of fire safety with trained people.

For your information, Our minimum order qty for shoe is 100 pair/color. We mainly work with LC at sight. But many of our Japan & Italy customers are working through TT payment as for long term relationship between us. In case of freight terms, we sale our products on FOB basis.

BBJ Leather Goods Ltd. is a joint venture project with Japan & exporting its 100% leather hand bags(men’s & ladies) to Japan market. This company is making world class hand bags under closely super vision of Japanese technical experts. At present, we have 700 worker in our hand bag factory with a capacity of 40000 pcs/month which is 100,000 sq.ft building(4 storied x 25000 sq.ft). Regular hand bag making Japanese & Korean brands are Ace, Dakota, Agnes.B, Princess Toraya, Mahl etc. This company also maintains world class standard of machineries imported from Japan and Italy.

Recently “ABC Leather Ltd.” set up a modern leather finishing unit in Zirabo, Ashulia, Dhaka, Bangladesh area which is very near to ABC & BBJ building with a capacity of half million sq.ft finished leather production per month by its own land, building where required brand new Italian leather finishing Machineries & chemicals have been imported from Italy.

It’s a green project with ETP facilities. This company is working as backward linkage of the above two companies [ABC Footwear Ind. Ltd & BBJ leather Goods Ltd] under our Abedin Group.

But many of our Japan & other customers are working through TT payment as for long term relationship between us. In case of freight terms, we sale our leathers on FOB basis.
